Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from xYz through aibyxyz.com unless a written proposal or agreement states different terms.

geniUX

geniUX is currently offered at US$60 for one year of access, presented as US$5/month billed annually. The current US$60 checkout is a one-time annual purchase unless the checkout expressly states that automatic renewal is enabled and you affirmatively agree to recurring billing.

You may request cancellation of future service or ask for help with your purchase at any time by emailing support@aibyxyz.com. Cancellation does not create a new charge.

Refund requests

If you purchased geniUX and believe the service is not working as described, were charged incorrectly, or made a purchase in error, contact us promptly. We review refund requests individually and will honor refunds required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.

Quick services and custom work

For one-time services, implementation, or custom work, refund eligibility depends on whether work has begun, third-party costs have been incurred, and whether deliverables have already been provided. Any service-specific refund or cancellation terms shown in a proposal or written agreement take precedence for that project.

Future recurring plans

If xYz offers automatic renewal in the future, we will clearly disclose the renewal amount and frequency before enrollment, obtain the required consent, provide required renewal notices, and provide a cancellation method that is easy to find and use.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first at support@aibyxyz.com so we can investigate billing or service issues quickly. This does not limit any rights you may have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
