Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of aibyxyz.com and purchases of xYz services, including geniUX. By purchasing a service or using a paid xYz service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

xYz provides AI-assisted business services, software, research, implementation, automation, digital products, and related support. Scope, price, timing, and deliverables may vary by service and will be described before purchase or in the applicable proposal.

geniUX annual plan

The geniUX offer shown at US$5/month is billed as a single US$60 annual charge. Unless the checkout or order explicitly states that automatic renewal is enabled and you affirmatively agree to it, the US$60 purchase does not authorize xYz to make future automatic annual charges. If xYz introduces an auto-renewing plan, renewal terms, amount, frequency, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed clearly before enrollment.

Payment

Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through Square. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charge you confirm in the Square checkout. Taxes, if legally required and applicable, may be added or collected as shown at checkout.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for information, materials, access, permissions, and instructions you provide. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share or use the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

AI outputs and business decisions

AI-assisted output may contain errors or require human review. You remain responsible for material business, legal, financial, employment, medical, safety, and other high-impact decisions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, xYz does not provide legal, accounting, tax, medical, or investment advice.

Intellectual property

xYz retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, systems, methods, software, branding, templates, and reusable components. Rights to customer-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal or written agreement. You retain rights to materials you provide, subject to the permissions needed for xYz to perform the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in writing. xYz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. xYz may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Paid-period access and refund eligibility are addressed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
